Extradition — Conditions of Extradition — Extradition in respect of Acts already Dealt with by the Courts of the Requested State.

The Facts.—The accused, Hungarian subjects, forged in Hungary Hungarian passports and a deposit-book of the Hungarian Postal Savinp Bank, They were then prosecuted in Austria and acquitted by the Austrian courts. Subsequently, the Hungarian Public Prosecutor applied to the Court for authorisation to ask for the extradition of the accused. (According to Hungarian criminal procedure it is, as a rule, for the courts to decide whether a request for extradition ought to be made.)
